General
By your purchase at our online store, you agree to pay for your purchases according to the terms of your financial institution.
For Online Programs, you also agree to the following:
– you will not share your account username or password with others for the purpose of allowing them access to your purchased programs.
– the products in the Classifiers Self Study series and the Classifiers in Context series include one-time CEU processing for only the purchaser of the product.
For all other products, you additionally agree to the following:
– you will not copy or distribute any of the material by any means.
– CEU processing is not included (except the Classifiers Self Study series and Classifiers in Context series noted above)
For all products, CEUs will only be awarded when the user has followed the instructions for submitting payments, codes and/or other documentation as explained in the introduction or packaging provided with each product.
“A Sign of Respect” Terms: You agree that you will have access to all parts of the program ONLY when you are enrolled in a class where the teacher is using any part of the series as a required resource. After your initial purchase and use of the material in a class, your access will become unavailable when the class ends (usually a six month period). If you enroll in a future class where the instructor is using the material, you must complete the “Renewing Your Access?” form to avoid paying for access again. WE WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY REFUND YOUR DUPLICATE PURCHASE AT OUR WEBSITE. If you made a duplicate purchase of “A Sign of Respect” it is your responsibility to contact us to request the refund. WE CANNOT REFUND PURCHASES MADE AT A BOOKSTORE. You must contact the place where you made the duplicate purchase to request a refund.
Defective Products (CD-ROMS and DVDs)
If for some reason you receive a defective product, we will replace it free within 30 days of your purchase.
Use the “Contact” link at the top to request a replacement. Please include the following in your request:
-your name
-the product that you would like replaced
-the date of your purchase
Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a prepaid mailer for you to return the defective product.
Upon receipt of the defective unit, we will send you a replacement.
Returns for Refund (CD-ROMs and DVDs)
We will provide a full refund for your purchase under the following circumstances:
– you request the refund no later than 30 days after your purchase.
– the product has not been opened (the shrink-wrap is still intact).
– you pay for the shipping cost of returning the unwanted, unopened product
– no refunds will be provided for products with the shrink wrap opened
– we will not issue the refund until we receive the unwanted, unopened product
Upon receipt of the unused product in new condition, within 30 days of the original purchase, we will issue a full refund by issuing a credit to the credit card account used for the original purchase.

-your name
-the product that you want to return for a refund
-the date of your purchase
Refunds for Online Programs
Refunds for purchases of Online Programs will be provided only under the following conditions:
– the request for refund is made within 30 days of the purchase
– the purchaser has not completed more than 25% of the program, submitted codes, and/or submitted written material for CEU processing
