PLEASE NOTE:  This is NOT the See What I Mean program.  This is the CEU PROCESSING FEE for the See What I Mean program.  The program itself must be purchased separately.*

CERTIFIED/LICENSED INTERPRETERS

Upon spending at least 8 hours with the material, viewing the “See What I Mean” program and answering and submitting the Discussion Questions, you may request 0.8 Professional Studies CEUs.

The program is offered at the Little/None Content Knowledge Level.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES
– learners will identify at least one key difference between Deaf and hearing cultures with regard to each of the following: time, leave-taking, privacy, giving and receiving criticism and comments on personal appearance.

– learners will compare and contrast their own use of technology with its use by the Deaf community

The fee for CEU processing is $15.00.  Select “Add to Cart” and Check Out to pay the fee.  Do not pay the fee until AFTER you have submitted your answers as instructed in the See What I Mean program.

After purchasing, log in and go to the “My Programs” tab at the top of the home page.  You will see the link to “See What I Mean – CEU Processing.”  Click on that link to go to a page where you will complete a form with the necessary information.

RID Certified Interpreters: Upon receipt of your payment and completed questions and forms, your 0.8 CEUs will be reported to RID and we will email a Certificate of Completion to the email address associated with your account.  The report to RID will be made no later than 45 days of receipt of your completed payment and forms.

Non-RID Certified Interpreters: Upon receipt of your payment and completed questions and forms, we will email a Certificate of Completion to the email address associated with your account.

* The program can be used by a group of interpreters.  For example, one person can purchase the program and a group of interpreters can view the program together.  Then each person in the group must purchase CEU processing and individually complete the Discussion Questions and Evaluation.
